3. WEB BULDING SOFTWARE :- As i said you must a have knowledge of HTML and CSS for building a website.But if you don't want to learn these,then this option is for you.A web-building software makes web-building easy.There are many softwares for this,but i would recommend DREAMWEAVER. Dreamweaver is easy and fun to use to create website.
